Testing/Certificatons 

At bottling, this batch tested at 540 mg of polyphenols. When re-tested in October 2025, it measured 347 mg. Polyphenols naturally decline over time, which is why we recommend using the oil within 90 days at room temperature.

Many brands test once at bottling and market that number indefinitely. We don’t. O-Liv is batch-tested using dual methods (NMR + HPLC), with full Certificates of Analysis available.

For reference, the EU polyphenol health claim requires ≥5 mg hydroxytyrosol (and derivatives) per 20 g of oil. O-Liv is designed to consistently meet and exceed that benchmark, backed by documented testing.
