My partner and I are both in the medical field. I am a physician and she is a nurse. We have spent our whole lives working to help make others healthy through Diet and exercise. 

We believe in a healthy diet and that food is the medicine. Our goal is to help people become the best version of themselves, and we believe that O-liv can be part of a good diet and exercise program.

One of the challenges we found is a lot of people don’t like to take olive oil raw. Some people find  that high phenolic olive oil taste like grass and are not able to take 1.5 tbsps of high phenolic olive oil. Some of my patients said doc if you can make a pill, I’ll take it, but I can’t take 2 tablespoons of phenolic olive oil. I just can’t do it. In fact, one of my nurses , said the same thing. This is how the idea of O-liv began. Our goal was to bring high phenolic olive oil in a tablet to the  consumer . 

We achieved that in O-liv.
